Personal Move Coordinator
Every customer is assigned a move team.
The team, led by the Relocation Coordinator, organizes, plans, and
monitors each move start to finish. We average 10 to 15 contacts
with your employee throughout the move. Anytime there is a need to talk to someone
about the move, the Coordinator or a back-up is available.
Scheduled Walk-Thru...No Telephone Survey
To assure proper planning and to address the
employee's
questions, a personal visit is made to each relocating
employee's home. Phone surveys are only performed in the
interest
of time or
when approved by the customer.
Top Performance on Every Job
All Shetler's moves are assigned to Shetler's Van
operators or Atlas Prime
Fleet Operators. Prime Fleet operators
are the top 100 of the 2200 Atlas Contractors and van operators.
Self Pack/Self Haul
A prime advantage when using Atlas is the Self
Pack/Self Haul prerogative. This means Shetler performs the job in
its entirety often using the van operator as the pack crew. This approach to the business pinpoints
responsibility and allows for better control. Having the van
operator...start to finish...also reduces the possibility of claims.

Full Value Protection
A no hassle, full replacement with a repair
or replacement at our option,
at today's cost. All claim requests are handled in-house by a
special
Customer Service representative. You are never given an
excuse or passed along.
Guaranteed Pick-up and Delivery
On 1st Proviso household goods shipments, we agree to
pay one hundred twenty-five ($125.00) dollars per day, per each day for
each day that pick-up or delivery is delayed beyond agreed date, or in
lieu thereof. Reasonable and supportable meal and lodging
expenses incurred solely because we failed to pick-up or deliver as
stated above, whichever is greater.
Third Part Assignments
We will arrange for all third party services, when
authorized. This includes appliance hook-up, pool tables,
grandfather clocks, waterbeds, pet service, etc. We also provide a referral service on ancillary
items such as: maid service, electricians, plumbers, gardeners, carpet
cleaning, etc.
Rating the Move; Statistical Reports
Each move will be monitored start to finish.
After the relocation is complete, we will forward to you a twenty-two
question survey result. This report card will be the employee's
view of how we performed. Periodically, or upon request, we provide
statistical reports and information on the cost of relocation. The
details allow you to keep track of cost and other pertinent data that
may be important to you.
Carton Pick-up and Delivery
Upon request after the move, we will return to
pick-up additional debris left over from unpacking. This extra
service is viewed very favorably by our customers.
