Personal Move Coordinator
Every customer is assigned to a move team. The team, led by the
Relocation Coordinator, organizes, plans, and monitors each move start
to finish. We average Ten to fifteen contacts with you throughout the
move. Anytime there is a need to talk to someone about the move, the
Coordinator or a back-up is available.
Scheduled Walk-Thru… No Telephone Survey
To assure proper planning and to address specific questions, a personal
visit is made to each relocating family. Phone surveys are only
performed in the interest of time or when approved by the customer.
Top Performance on Every Job
All Shetler’s moves are assigned to Shetler’s Van operators or Atlas
Prime Fleet Operators. Prime Fleet operators are the top 100 of the 2200
Atlas Van Lines operators.
Self Pack/Self Haul
A prime advantage when using Atlas Van Lines is the self pack/self haul
prerogative. This means Shetler performs the job in its entirety often
using the van operator as the pack crew. This approach has had positive
results by pinpointing responsibility and allowing for better control.
Having the same van operator…start to finish…also reduces the
possibility of claims.
